Preparation time
Please allow 5–7 days for us to prepare and pack your order after we confirm payment.
Packaging
Orders are packed in cooler boxes to keep them cold in transit.
Delivery time
Courier delivery may take an additional 1–2 days depending on your location. We only offer delivery to areas where we can get your order to you cold.
Someone must be home
Perishable goods cannot be left unattended. Please make sure someone can receive the order and refrigerate it immediately.
Delivery fees
The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
